((LOL, because I feel like it. I haven't edited everything from the original post yet, though, some don't take it as truth, as it will change frequently.
NOTE: This character and his personality were created before reading Naruto after the 2-and-a-half-year jump. The similarities to this character and the 'Sai' in the manga are completely coincidential.))
Name: Saiful
Nickname(s): Sai, Barbie
Sex: Male
Age: 18
Orientation: Apparently bisexual.
Height: 5'9"
Weight: Unknown.
Build: Slim and fit. He does cardio.
Ethnic Background: Caucasian.
Marital Status: Single, but committed.
Blood Type: O+
Voice: Kinda like Justin Pierre, the singer guy from Motion City Soundtrack.
Speech: He seems very sure of his words (as he says them, at least), and they have a hint of extreme informality, as if he sees everyone as lower than him.
Group Status: Badass Poser
Appearance:
GENERAL = Cornfield-blonde hair, looking as if it were either very hurriedly combed or his hair is so natrually touseled that even after hours if would be impossible to bring it down. He's tried, though; despite the bits sticking up, Sai's hair is longish and goes to just above his shoulders. His skin has a healthy, light tan. His eyes are a pale, dusty blue, as if something had been left on a shelf for a very long time without attention. One of the toes on his left foot is missing.
CLOTHING = He wears what appear to be new, low-slung denim shorts held up by a white-studded belt, a black tank, and thin white bandages wrapped around his wrists that don't seem to serve a purpose. A white earring in the shape of Card Captor Sakura's signature wing dangles from his right ear.
Personality: Untrusting and calculating, Saiful is more of an introvert that likes things to go exactly how he imagined them. The notion of ‘fate’ and ‘destiny’ is a big factor in his daily decisions. He analyzes scenes critically with great scrutiny, not missing a detail. But because of this, his biggest fear is something happening that he does not expect, for this messes up all of his plans and leaves him dazed. This doesn’t happen often.
Unfortunately, these talents don't apply to people and emotions. He has a harsh sort of attitude to cover up his lack of social skills, and perhaps to sort of 'impress' his peers. It doesn't work very well, though, and Saiful fails to realize this. In other words, he's better with objects and intangibles than people themselves. He's very rude and out-of-place in social situations.
In Sai's mind, appearance is key. He likes to look at his best at all times, and models himself both physically and mentally after movie characters.
Bioware:
Nasal Filters - Cheap devices that filter out about fifty percent of all toxic gases and pollution.
Homeworld: --
History: --
When the Heartless came: --
Abilities:
Strike Raid - Hurls his gun boomerang-style.
Gravity Raid - Hurls his gun boomerang-style, infused with the power of gravity.
Thunder Raid - Hurls his gun boomerang-style, infused with the power of electricity.
Aim: Legs - Aims for the legs/supporting limbs and causes the foe to become immobile.
Aim: Vitals - Aims for the vital points on a known enemy's body.
Aim: Arms - Aims for whatever limbs might serve as arms, rendering them useless.
Boltshot - Thunder damage. Infuses the 'bullets' with electricity.
Thundara - Second-level lightning spell.
Gravira - Second-level gravity spell.
Berzerk - Forces himself into a 'high' with increased attributes.
Abilities w/ Dystopia:
Reflex - Cannot be hit by physical attacks.
Damage > Life Force - Damage is taken in terms of time left on Earth rather than inflicting wounds.
Thundaga - Highest level lightning magic.
Auto-Hastega - Moves at superhuman speeds.
Tithe - Thrusts the barrel of the gun into the ground and fires, causing the earth in one concentrated area (usually not very large) to spike up. White fire-like vines entangle anything that lies above the area and pull whatever it catches back under.
Limit Break:
Unravel - Rips through the barrier In-Between and sends large numbers of enemies to their doom.
Limit Break w/ Dystopia:
Mad Tithe - Thrusts the barrel of the gun into the ground and fires, causing the earth around him (usually within a forty-foot radius) to spike up and flare with vine-like white fire. Whatever the fire grabs is pulled underground and to their death when the spikes recede. This has a high chance of failure, and usually results in a muddy, chaotic mess due to the earth not returning to its original state.
Drive: --
Weapon: A magically-modified white revolver. Used normally. The bullets draw power directly from Sai's willpower and, if necessary, life force. Unfortunately, this can cause him to go into a 'magic high', where he craves violence and the thrill of pain is almost orgasmic. (The 'high' does not increase Sai's power, but uses it all in one sitting, making him appear to be a lot more competant than he is.) A lethal razor blade travels from the base of the barrel to the end, making the weapon almost equally deadly in close-quarters combat. The revolver almost seems to have a life of its own, having drawn enough force from its current and previous holders to construct opinions on things.
Armor: None.
Possessions: The clothes on his back, his weapon.
Likes: Trustworthiness, respect, singing, people with good taste
Dislikes: Heartless, slugs, zombies/ghosts, Meadowlark Corp.
Theme Song: How the West 1 ~ Baumer
Fight Song: Shotgun ~ The Outline
Other Music:
Insanity? -- Skullflower ~ The Sound of Animals Fighting
Kickass-but-somber fight scene (sci-fi) -- The Clock (Surgeon Remix) ~ Thom Yorke ((I always think of Ender's Game when I hear this.))
Idiocy -- I'm So LA ~ Mynx
Fears: Slugs, things he can't kill (therefore, ghosts), things he hasn't counted on/planned
Hobbies: Singing, shooting targets, hunting, shoplifting
Love Interests: Well...
People he likes (though he'd never admit to it): Bird, Rod, Lucas, Roxas, Lira.
Doesn't like:
Confuses him:
Indifferent to (this changes as time goes by):
Thoughts on...
Bird - We're, uhh, really close. There's just some sort of intimacy about having one person who can (literally) understand you. That's not the case anymore, but the closeness lingers.
Rod -

Quirks:
This is a long one, folks, done GURPs style.
Mental --
Fetish: Drag (2-point flaw) (XD I had to!)
You have a sexual fetish that differs from the rest of the normal population. Being gay is not a fetish! You could be a rubber maid; a TV who likes being out en femme or a slave mistress.
A two point flaw means you have chosen to keep your secret to yourself or told a trusted friend. If you are and someone finds out you will be very embarrassed.
Elie -- Sai likes it when Bird dresses up, yes he does. <3
Forgetful (Two point flaw)
You find remembering things difficult, it is so much easier to watch the world go by. You suffer a -4 penalty to any technical or knowledge based skill unless you are directly envolved in it. You may forget that your car keys, cashcard or gun in some instances (make an average intelligence roll).
Sai -- WHERE'D AH PUT MAH MEDICATION, DURHUR.
Obsession: Appearance
Elie -- Sai tends to cause a scene if he doesn't bring his hair product.
Stylish (Four point edge)
You are one of the lucky few who not only knows what to wear, but looks seriously cool in it. You gain +2 to style rolls when wearing your favoured clothes (suits, scruff, leather gear etc).
Elie -- Sai models himself after only the most fashionable of modern and past times. Like Ozzy Osbourne. And Carrot Top.
Physical --
Ambidextrous (Two point edge)
You don't have a dominant hand and can use either one just as effectively. In game terms, you do not suffer "off hand" penalties and when you are using both hands in a dexterity based test you gain +1 as you move tools and subject easily.
Endure Pain (Two point edge)
Pain? You have suffered much worse. You gain +1 to resisting stun tests. A four point version of this edge gives +2 versus stun. Note that this edge does not help you resist torture or prolonged agony.
Elie -- Masochism?
Immunodeficient (Four point flaw)
You immune system is weak and you often have a cold or bad stomach. You have a -2 penalty to resisting biotoxins and diseases.
Reflexes (Four point edge)
You have amazing reaction times. You gain +1 to initiative. At a four points cost you gain +2 initiative.
Elie -- While this might hold very little practical use, Sai holds the top Ms. Pac-Man score at the local arcade.
Rejection (Eight point flaw)
You body does not like what you are doing to it, and you will suffer painful cramps, swellings and damage.
In Sai's case, long-term use of Dystopia has caused his immune system to deteriorate, making him more susceptible to foreign illnesses. He takes medication for this. However, he occasionally experiences intense headaches, which immobilize and blind him for at least an hour.
Environmental --
Contacts: Clan Fukurou (Six point edge)
You have friends in the right places. You can ask them for a favour every now and again. Sometimes they cannot be reached, other times the come up with the info dead quick.
A contact will not have any ability outside their field, so don't ask your cop friend about the ins and outs of ICS' mainframe.
Gun Nut (Four point edge)
That time on the range and virtual combat sim was money well spent. Maybe you taught yourself shooting holo targets with an tag-gun? Whatever, you gain +1 in any firearm skill (pistol, SMG or rifle). Pickup skill points can increase this at normal skill cost despite the firearm skill not being in your character's pickup skills.
Elie -- It's a great party trick, really.
Hunted (8-point flaw)
Rather than making an enemy of just one person, you have earned the wrath of a whole organization. The base cost is listed below, but their frequency of appearance alters the final cost.
The big transnationals have their claws in many pies. They are slow and methodical when it comes to minor threats like you. Be warned, they will get you.
Lover (Four point flaw)
This is someone you care deeply for. You probably live together and could well be married (if you believe in it). You would not leave this person and would do anything to get them back. If they are kidnapped or killed and you do nothing to help, you do not gain any EXP for the rest of the adventure.
Bird -- Sai, I don't want to be a developing trademarked romance...
SINless (Four point edge)
Your birth was never recorded or perhaps your records have recently been erased. If you have no SIN then no files will be kept on you, officially you are a blank (which is illegal). This is somewhat of a double edged sword: although no files exist on you, you will not be able to open a bank account or register for insurance.
Resources --
Poor (Four point flaw)
Either you did not start out with much or various outgoings have swallowed your money. You loose $1000 and this flaw may be taken more than once.
Elie -- Oh, this has an easy explanation. All the hair product purchase really builds up over time.
